How to get refund from Binverse?

I scam by Binverse.com

This crappy company charged me $99.90 after 14 days free trial. They know no one will find out this because most companies won't charge fee that way.

Now I am so angry, but they said I can't get a refund because they said they have showed terms when I registered a free account.

What I gonna do? Anyone help!

They clearly states, after 14 days they will charge. You should have cancel before 14 days. Anyway try with your CC bank.

i agree with BigBuddy and i guess we don't have to explain especially on this board how most of these free trials work

i also signed up with them for the free trial, but i successfully canceled it in the given time frame (you could have done it on the control panel of your binverse account), they sent me an email that they cancelled my account and they're very sorry because of i'm leaving bla bla...
it was in August and they're not charged my Paypal/CC with any amount since then (they sent me one more email, that if i want i can use their service at half price and that's all)

sorry but i need to tell you: it was only your fault and not theirs!
