Invite your Facebook friends, and ask them to invite their friends.
Target audience for page-likes with similar interests through paid FB ads for a start. If you do not have an advertiser account there are ways to get FB ad coupons for new advertisers. It'll help you start advertising without putting in any money till coupon value exhausts. You'll have to search around on how to get those ad coupons.
Post interesting & engaging content 3-5 times daily, with posts from your blog mixed in 2 times a day, and hope your posts go viral.
All this depends on if you have good content on your blog to begin with.

Promote your blog on relevant Facbook pages and groups. Also invite your friends. You can set a small Facebook campaign.

You can try to rank your FP in Google , FanPages rank very well and quite fast in comparison to normal websites, so once you drive some organic traffic from Google to it there is a pretty good chance the people who visit your FP will like them ,these days everyone have a FB account so it really does not matter yu drive traffic to it this way or another, search engine traffic is very cheap alternative to FB ads

Start adding people from your target audience as friend. Most times, they will click through and accept your friend request if you have attractive 'personal' photos on your page (set to public). Once your friend list is a good size, start sharing content from your page. Ask your 'friends' to like your content. This could also work with an alternate account, especially if your main Facebook account that you use for your page is also your personal/family Facebook account.
