you can only do that manually by posting on the WTB section and find people that will buy your products and leave a review later

correct, you would need to hire someone to do the job for you. People buying your product leaving you "great quality reviews" are real people, not robots.

Bots won't help with that. To be able to write a review on a product listed on Amazon, an account needs to have spend at least 50 USD on the platform to begin with. Which leaves you with two options, go through a third party who has the accounts and network to leave the reviews, or build your own through friends and acquaintances.
