how to get quality post members to new forum

just wondering, basically i got a main site which gets about 3k uniques a day and just opened this general adult forum for it about 2 days ago. Got like 20 sign ups so far but have to delete posts all the time. Seems like most pepole join to spam advertisements. No quality posts as of yet. how can i encourage peple to post quality content

I run a contest on my forum, offering a free membership for so many quality posts, but you could offer some free products, ebooks or other incentives.

I usually seed my categories with posts from a few different usernames to get the ball rolling. Free VIP memberships work well too.

Run a referral contest or posting contest. Also, offer some sort of benefit for having X amount of posts, like a Premium membership or Respected members group.

Also can trade 10 posts for 10 posts, ect..
