How to Get PR6+ backlinks for my site

Hi,
One of my site is already having pr3 and I want to get some PR6+ links (do follow links) for my site. The category of site is "work from home jobs" Or "Part time jobs" SO, I am looking the same sort of category site's link. I am willing to pay any reasonable amount for these (one way) links.

Could you people please advice?

No idea at all? Im wondering that BHW members have no idea as where to get High PR links from?
