I just want to know how people get ppd content like software, book code

Does they hire freelance to make them??

Yes just google them. Its what I do and then upload it to the PPD site.

sad true is, most of the ppd content (keygens,generators etc ) are fake, simple soft made in VB

Almost all PPD files are fake .exes that someone can just mock up in VB. It's easy to do, and doesn't take much programming knowledge. But some people do have legit files such as free IM reports, pdfs etc for incentive offers but most of the time these aren't from amateurs and they don't use PPD sites.

Most people use CPA nowadays . But yeah mostly are just fake progs.
