How to get powermta and interspire.

Hello everybody
I wonder if anybody knows the link to download powermta and interspire, I'm a rookie doing this, but I want to learn how to do it, I was looking the software even I used different techniques to find it, I tried by torrent too, but I can't find anything.
I installed a virtual machine with windows server 2012 meanwhile I learn and train by myself, after a while I want to rent a VPS, just in case if somebody has a video tutorial about it, I will appreciate any help guys.

if you dont have a connect for excellent data, don't spend the time. spent over a year trying to make it work. know powermta inside and out (and made my own injector/backend). came down to the fact that rev share partner i had data sucked.

Any idea how to learn about PowerMTA, right now all I can do is install in my own server and learn how to use it
