How to Get Pin Codes for Google Map?

Hello bhw members. A year ago I was doing automatic verification with pin code for google map confirmation. I was going to the link by purchasing pin codes from a supplier(https://business.google.com/create/pvp). Then when I wrote the code I got here, the map was instantly approved. And right after, it was published in the local search results. But the problem is that these codes are no longer used in my country (Turkey). Could people who have used this before help me on how to access these codes? And now are the codes still available in other countries?
