I registered my business with google+ . How do i get a picture like the one above on my local listing ? Or if you could guide me to instructions on doing it ? thanks

Just a guess... photo of the google+ person profile who owns the google+ business listing?

Interesting question, interested to learn the answer!

You should Google.. "How I Got Google to Display My Profile in Search Results.".. Make sure that it's a picture and not a logo that you're going to use by the way.

I wanted to put my company logo Are logos not allowed ? What would happen if i put a logo in ?

Logo is not allowed. Its called AUTHORship.
