how to get paypal refund?

    Hi i have bought some services in a site.but they did not delivered what i have ordered.so i disputed 4 transactions through paypal as one is item not as described and other 3 as item not received.immediately the seller has wriiten that the prdoucts are intangible items.so i have escalated to paypal claim there also the seller delivered tracking information as digital access for non receipt item and also sent the information for item not as described dispute.within 1 day the dispute of item not as described was came in favour of seller.so how can i get refund for this disputes?

    your first mistake was to dispute it as not as described.
    Your next step is always dispute as not received.

    i got scammed, what are the chances that i will be able to get my refund? paypal is kinda slow, 1 week to get into action, the person who took my money would more likely spent or withdrawn the money already.

    Another thing you have working against you is it was a service. Also it sounds like PayPal already made their decision.

    marusia is probably right. ( Never never never open case and don't give paypal information. NEVER! )

    PayPal already made their decision, only way you can win this, if you prove that he's really scammed you.

    I've been scammed similar like that, but I won a case.

    Do you have any chats with seller? Send it to PayPal.
    Does seller responded to all your emails? If no, tell PayPal immediately.
    I understand that website is using PayPal as a merchant, right? If so, there is your change to become leader. Read website TOS. check if website has Privacy Policy and etc. If you haven't received your services, ( THAT IS PROBABLY AGAINST WEBSITE TERMS :D ) tell the PayPal that this and this website TOS states that after payment i should receive services withing x amount of time. But I haven't received. And also add something like this: how you can allow selling 'scammy' services using PayPal merchant service?

    In few words, if this website is using paypal as a merchant, you can win if you tell that to PayPal.

    PayPal should give back your money and probably ban seller account..

    There are many ways how to get back your money, but always you need to be smarter and one step faster than seller. Send more information as possible, check TOS, privacy policy, check what's illegal in website, and what you find - send to PayPal.

    I was in similar situation. I get back my money , and after few days I received email from seller that he's going to beat me. Probably was really angry because PayPal became limited lol! :D

    Anyway good luck with getting back your money.

    would i get refund for digital products if i dispute it as not received even though the seller responds to the claim?

    can anyone give the smart tips to get refund for services eventhough the seller says it was a digital content to paypal claim?

    If seller not responding, you should get refund. But if seller respond, and if item is digital, you will loose a case.

    ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS fund purchases for services with a Credit Card through PayPal. Never let them use ACH or existing funds. Even if you have the funds available you just do a withdraw to the last penny and then make the purchase funding your PayPal account with Credit Card. Then you tell PayPal the seller ripped you off and if they don't issue a full refund then you have no alternative but to file a Credit Card dispute.

    I've been burned 4 times this year by this latest PayPal scam and now I will NEVER pay a seller for services or software without funding with Credit Card. If PayPal wants to violate Credit Card regulations then they deserve the chargeback.

    thank u...the seller responded to the claim for tracking information as Digital Service tracking # Digital Purchase.now the claim status shows "requiring ur action"

    what to do if the seller responds to the claim and give tracking number as
