How to get partners/affiliates for website

Hey all

I am trying to get affiliates / partners for my websites. I am looking to give them a 20-30% cut off every purchase.
I contacted youtubers etc, but no one replies.

The product i sell is also sold by other companies (i sell it for 80% cheaper).
The other companies also have affiliates, therefore their affiliates earn more since their products are more expensive, should I make my products more expensive, or should i look for advertises that take a one time payment (influencers on youtube for example)?

Kinda lost right now and hoping for some advice

Product price range for my shop is 2,50 - 6,50
competitor is 6,50 - 15,00 ~

edit: the competitor gives 15% cut

Do you have contact lists that you don't know what to say to or not yet?

One idea of many is : the premium advertising in BHW. I am not sure if it works based on ad bids, but what I do know is that your ad can be set to be seen on all pages that anyone visits in BHW.

I already emailed everyone in the list i had (120 people ish)

Sadly my ads are not targeted at people here
