How to get over 30k views a month

I need 30k Views (1k views everyday) to get partnered with the networks. Adsense for me is disabled from older projects so partner networks are the only way for me to go as of now.

I also want to build a fanbase with my channel and was wondering what are some ways to get views FREE.

I use vagex as of now but I have limited bandwidth so I can only earn / use a few credits from there.

I want to use vagex and other tools to gain views but after I get organic views, I want to keep the channel going by itself through organic traffic and now fake view methods.

What are some other view methods that won't put my account at risk?

Google Adwords campaign through YouTube for keywords you want to be interested in. Other than that, you will need to take time to learn viral marketing.

yea use good adwords.... theres no magic way of getting views
