How to get organic high retention video view.

Hi everybody.
I'm just absolute newbie here. I want to know how to get organic high retention video view for my channel. I just want to kick them up for first time to get about 500 views and I leave them. My video quite interesting but there are a lot of competitor out there so ... it's just get about 50 views and stop increasing. Some of them are English, other is my local lang.
