How to get on the explore page?

Hi,

I run story ads (a few K a month) and I was wondering if I could get more bang for my buck - If I use hashtags or locations in my ads am I likely to get on the explore page?

Also, is there any other guides/methods/tools on how to get on the explore page?

It can surely help. I think fast likes + comments also help it appear in the Explore section. Good luck
