Are you talking about Instagram? I think that won't be possible useless you're able to talk it out with them. Coz even if you get that account banned/blocked, the username still stays stuck for a long time.

OG namers / raiders used to hack those accounts or getting them removed back in the days, but that's not really the case nowadays. Best you can do is to write to the support and ask them about it, but I wouldn't make any hopes for that, if on the site inactive accounts gets removed after certain period then wait and camp for it

if its a word or name its almost impossible to attain, if its not a word or its 5L+ i recommend going on OGusers and searching for a service there

Username does not require a timeout. You only need to meet the 2 conditions and rules for setting the page username to be able to change it immediately without having to wait.
