How to get off explore block ?

does anyone here have the issue of being explore block?


On all my new post I cannot see “explore” in the insights at all.

Just a few days ago every post of mine was hitting explore now nothing will hit explore

I sometimes don't see it on a mobile device, then I just click on home and all is fine.

All of my accounts are going viral via hashtags but will not hit explore to save their lives. Looking for any advice as well.
