How to get NOT disabled by facebook?

Hi,
I saw many tutorial for creating several instagram accounts without getting banned.
Now , how do i not get disabled/banned by facebook? I did not found any tutorial here sadly.

What kind of stuff do i have to change because right now i always get ''unusual activity''..

Clear cookies, cache and change IP. But if you spam to much you'll probably have to PV accounts. And if you continue spamming,you'll be asked for ID verification...

I thought about buying a aged account. Is it bad if i take a german proxy if the account was created 4 months ago from USA?

I can't guarantee anything. It could ask you for some kind of verification on first login since you'll be logging in from different location.

I'm using 3+ months old accounts created with US IP with my IP address (Bosnia) and I don't have problems unless the account has friends, then FB asks me to do verification by recognizing friends.

Aged accounts dont matter if you are gonna spam the life out of things. just be prepared to burn through accounts and make more.
