what are you doing to get new ad accounts. I logged on this morning to find the two new facebooks i had made were locked because they didnt accept the photos

How exactly did you lost your BMs? Have you sent an appeal to FB support? That can help you to get them back, at least some.
As a possible option you can consider creating a new FB profile. You will need a proxy and antidetect browser for sure since you got all your accounts banned and FB tracked your devices and IPs.
