How to get my friend's friend list in facebook programmatically

I want to develop a program (any programming language is ok) that can get my friend's friend list. I can login by my acc in that program to see my friend's friend list like web version of Facebook and export their facebook id. I know Facebook API doesn't allow me to do that but anyone know any way to do this ?

How do you think to handle your friends which are not allowing to show their friends?
