If you are asking such a noob question and pushing 16K for your service and by any chance if you get a client to buy it at that cost, I could only think of one thing : "May God bless your Client and.. maybe his business RIP "
You will probably have to start out at a lot lower of a price, and build up a portfolio in order to keep getting customers. People are not going to pay that for someone that is a newbie at this.
