How to get more Youtube views?

Hey, I am trying to make money on youtube, and need to get more youtube views but unsure how to. My videos only have a couple hundred views, and I need at least 10k to make serious money. My video is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qsk8cbnqO_Q

You say your videos have only a few hundret views. That isn't bad. So why you don't scale it up? Upload 100 videos and you get 100*few hundret views.
Else you can try to buy yt views or try out more tags etc.. But i think it is really hard to get a few thousand views with every video..
