You need to be consistent on content creation.
Also if you can, pay some gigs on fiverr for promotion on your videos.
Open more social networks and post them there. Also, depending on your niche, try contacting pages and profiles telling about your content, if you send message to 100 facebook pages or other social networks that can share your video, you will at least get posted on 5 pages. That will give you views and promotion.
Else if you just created 1 video and gave up, you will never achieve views.

1. Post 1-3 Videos daily
2. Set up some IFTTT formulas to automatically post your video on upload to Facebook and twitter ect.
3. If you cant afford to buy views and likes then contact many niche related facebook pages to post your video.
4. Post your videos on niche related facebook groups
Do this every day for a month and you should notice views coming in on the videos you uploaded on the first few days.
If you have some funds then i would suggest every week or so to create a very awesome video, put lots of effort into it and use competitive keywords and pay somebody to rank it for you. This could cost $200 depending on the keywords but it will bring you a lot of views.
