Buy application invites, if you have profiles with huge friends then install the app on them.

I have a little trick I use to drive users to the canvas page, but I am certainly not sharing it here, otherwise FB will kill it. You have to try things and you would be amazed what you stumble upon. Also, though I have my little trick, it still takes a lot of work to get 75 installs.
