I guess the porn forum thing is getting harder and harder now with thin content penalties. The problem is Google loves text and people don't want to jerk it too text. You could try finding some good keywords and writing long, original sex stories and then linking them to different parts of the website with jerking material. Like if you have this really good big titty porn you want everyone to download, write a story about big titties and direct them too it.

What niche is your forum focused on? If you can drill down to a specific niche that is underrepresented in the current ecosystem, you certainly have a shot at making it with your forum. Once you have your niche specified, you can find out where your users are and can coax them over to your site with a value proposition or incentive.
