How to get more Ips?

I have already tried to get multiply ip by connecting with my phone data and changing the place so the phone conects to another antena, th eproblem is that this doesn t work for my, and every time i get the challenge
Do you know other ways for getting more ips?

Sorry bro but I have already used a paid vpn, and it didn t work, those vpn and proxys are used by too much people so normally are flaged by ig
Also the price you ask for those packs is too much
