How to Get More Active Forum Members

I recently Started a New XXX forum Still Not getting any active members . The Main Site of this forum is having around 200 daily traffic. If i put thread link on my site's twitter account (101 K Followers) I ll get 40-50 Clicks but no registration. And also i have tried with other forums.
Can anybody share a good Method to get more members?

Try and make your forums more appeal-able (better design if possible) if you are getting clicks but not conversions then your forums aren't appealing your visitors. Hope this helps

fake activity as no body wants to join an inactive forum also see similar forums in your niche and try to analyze them

P.S 30-40 clicks from 101k followers seems quite low

Have more activity on your forum. Hire people to post on your forums. No one joins an inactive forum.

Promote your forum on other XXX forums.

Get quality posters to your forum, not these crap posts that people tend to post when you buy them. They should be relevant and from time to time long text with pictures and videos. To run a forum is hard work, much harder than any other site. One of my friends had a forum for 6 years and only now the people are coming.. posting every day is a must.

Like the others said, starting a forum and getting that 'momentum' can be very difficult and overwhelming at first, but it will be well worth it. Don't give up OP

incentivise them, make some content available only to registered users
as an example: post a few pics of a hot girl in a thread and make other images available only to registered members

Content... good content will win hands down. In the early stages of a forum you need amazing content to get people involved and coming back.. give them stuff no where else has.
