How to get monetization tab enabled again ?

So actually the title says everything here..
Have a channel making atleast 15K Views per day has a total of 2,5M Views and has a good niche and got a sub of 4K so i had a strike like 7 months before everything else is back enabled but the monetization tab is still disabled meaning cant monetize my vids anymore

Any help on this ? PM me if you would like to talk via there or just post a reply if you have good advice

Maybe start a new channel and wait till this one is no longer limited?
