How to get MCC accounts from Google Adwords. Please help.

I have many google adwords clients.
I want to contact google adwords side but dont know how to get them.
Anybody here can advise me how to get your certificate from them to easy to enlarge google
adwords service.

I had just typed out a very large response and deleted it. The more I typed the more I was upset that I was even typing it out.

Honestly, if you cannot get these answers in less than two minutes you really don't need to be handling others adwords accounts...HINT Google

I have talked to Google through IM

I have talked to Google via the telephone
