I want to know how can i get massive social signals for my website without addmefast or any other signs exchange website . Is there any software which can do it . I See Sites Below With many social Signs How to they get it is there a secret method of theirs or am i missing some tools .

You can either buy them by posting viral content on Facebook (real users) and promoting it or get a service that delivers the likes(most likely fake)

Another good way would be getting a special sharing plugin for your website. There are social sharing plugins that ask people to share your content and in turn they get some kind of bonus. One such plugin is WPSharely

use aa content locker and create great content.
Or a content locker or pop up box that asks for their name and email in return for a free report or some thing like that then when they go to download yor report they can only du that by liking sahring etc. your page
