Where do they get their deal information from? Anyone know?

I have experience in the deal space. Not sure how these particular companies go about picking which deals to promote, though. What are the details on the product and special you have and is it specific to a geographic region.

at the bottom of fatwallet there is a link for partnerships,i think that is the form you would fill out to submit an offer

well you can use one coupon sites other than slickdeals and find some good deals that have a lot of likes and god rankings and post them on slickdeals and than to rank your account this way, so that later you can post your own deals on it..

I run coupon site and all the offers I show are through affiliate networks so probably you would need to sign up with an affiliate network and then you will get picked up from teh dashboard or you can try contacting them
