How to get listed on Bing Local/Maps for the UK?

As the title says..

Anyone know how to get listed on Bing Local/Maps for the UK?

At the moment, it's only available for the United States, but UK businesses are listed in the Bing maps and apparently they pull the data from third parties..?

Had a search but couldn't find anything here on it. Thanks

I've only ever handled one brick and mortar business in the UK so I am not the best person to ask for this, however getting your business listed on local listings sites like UK yellowpages is something that will get you listed on local map variations.

You may also want to directly check the Bing Business Portal and claim the listing:
http://www.bing.com/businessportal

Thanks Lance, I checked http://www.bing.com/businessportal but its only available to the united states while in 'BETA' but i suspect this will be where it is done for UK businesses eventually..

I am submitted to a few like yellow pages etc.., but only recently, so it may take a while to get listed on Bing Maps.. I did a search in Google, but i think a lot of the blogs are just recommending place which are just fishing for details to spam..

I have also just done http://primeplace.nokia.com

It for sure takes time to appear in UK business listings, I wasn't appearing on listings for my clients until almost 3 months after our initial listing on the yellow pages. This could be different based on where you are listed, which local engine you are trying to appear on and how many listings you are dealing with!
