how to get links indexed after scrapebox blasts?

after my several tests, i finally managed to get about 200 links found. Now I remember someone talking about exporting these links into xml and submitting them to different rss feeders so that these pages will get indexed and hence my site's links will too..

However, I am not exactly sure how to do that with scrapebox. Anyone wanna land me a hand for it?

I guess it depends on your situation - how old is your website, were there any links before, how many pages are indexed, etc. I would bother with pinging ONLY if it's a brand new site, otherwise you may be asking for trouble.

If you don't want to pay, then go to pingfarm.com and put in 'links found' URLs then mass ping!
 
Focus on your rankings, not indexing. Rankings (and thus traffic) is where the money is. Focusing on index count is like focusing on PR - a fun diversion.
 
Have a look at Backlink Energizer, but read the instructions completely as many people don't do it right and wonder why it doesn't works.
 
I saw a great tutorial on how to get your links indexed faster, try to use the search button, your thread contains the keywords for a search. :D
