These are directories, they are only good for diversifying your link profile. Online there are a lot of them
can you give me a list of those and how to add links to them?
are they good for DA? or they ca harm my domain rating?

They won't rank your website, in theory, some of those directories have a good backlink profile, however, there are too many OBL, so you won't get a lot of link juice, however together with blog comments, niche citations, wikis, and forum posts they are great for diversifying your anchor text and they index without problems

Not sure why would you like to be in this link farms...
Many scrape results from other sites and just list them. I saw a research from a guy that actually did something like this, and was receiving like 1k visits day to his useless directory. Although he tried to run ads but the income was very poor.
And from a linkbuilding perspective to your site, they are pure useless.
