How to get leads for Business Development in Web3/Crypto

GM BHW, I recently got an internship for a Business Development agency specializing in influencers and KOL marketing. It’s a first for me I don’t know how to get leads or know my target audience and how to get them. Any advice or directions for Me thank you.
