How to get into Facebook partners program?

We run 100% white hat ads and I am tired of getting ad accounts banned for no reason.

Need a long term solution. I tried to sign up as a partner but the button to become a partner isn't working.

Is there any criteria to apply? how can I join the partners program and have agency accounts? Please guide

What is your product? Are you sure your images and content are not on FB's banned list?

Yes pretty sure. Not the first time running ads. Started a new brand selling women's shoes and ad account banned. Have a brand with many ads accounts running same ad using same post id and some ads account are disabled and the other running fine so yeah I am pretty sure we are not doing something wrong

What are your services? You have to confirm that the services aren't blacklisted buy facebook

To be considered, your business must have a verified Business Manager and be
located in a supported region. Business Manager Admins and Employees can
submit the partner interest form, but only Admins can join Meta Business Partners.
