How to get into a telegram group?

Hey,

I have a 20K fitness page, looking to join an engagement group on Telegram. Currently botting to increase followers of this particular account, is it worth joining a group at 20K or shall I wait until I reach around 50K to actually benefit from it?

Any of you in groups that are 20K that you could add me in please?
