How to get initial views?

Hey guys here is the scenario:

** Assume all this is true **
1) New channel with 0 subs
2) New video
3) Good thumbnail
4) Good title
5) The video has a high retention watch time

How would you go about getting the initial views so Youtube can start promoting the video?

Sidenote: The video isn't meant to get views from seo/search. It's meant to get views from suggested videos

Copy your competition... Try to use their channel name as a tag too.
