how to get info at sign up...

Hello friends, i need your help on this,

I'm starting sending leads to a financial company, they already have a website where the lead can input the personal info, no cc numbers, just name, email,etc.

The problem is that this company at this time hasn't had any way to input my name or a affiliate program id. just a page where the client input the info.

I want to get a copy of that info to make sure that the company pay for the leads. I know that i can iframe the page or only the place where the info to input appears, but i want a copy of the info that the client will send.

I hope you understand, any software, method,etc.
