How to get HR views

Hi,

I have two questions.

I am looking for a good plataform to get HR views (or that Youtube doesn't ban the user). Could you tell me one that you uses to improve the rank of your videos?
And I am working in a PPI video and I'm only advertising my video en Yahoo Answers, do you know other good site to advertise PPI videos?

I am new in the forum, nice to meet you! :) (I am also spanish, but I wish you can understand me ;))

With black hat niches (PPI) you almost always will have issues with accounts getting banned. Click the banner in my signature below. I sell high retention views and I have a convenient panel where you can add and track orders.
 
Create good content that people

wouldn't mind spending time watching.


Bought views are being closely monitored by YT, I would be careful.
