Why do you need PR ? PR has no relation with SERP.

Buy a few high PR blog comments (they cost just $5) from Fiverr and your site will become a PR site when the next pagerank update is rolled out.

to OP, why do you need high PR? Do you print out a PR of your site and then put it on the wall?

if you need high PR You have to build high PR backlinks not low quality thanks .

You can buy to increase your website pr, HIGH pr backlinks everywhere, even I have a gig on couple of sites for high pr links.

I dont think pr affects CPC in any way but I may be wrong.
