How to get Hide MY Ass support?

Anyone have any idea if they ever answer support tickets? Submitted a ticket 4 days ago with zero response. Wont be using them ever again, so if anyone has any ideas on a better company for a vpn, let me know please.

I have been hearing a lot of people making the same complaint lately. There servers are not loading IPs properly

Using https://www.overplay.net for a few months and never had any problem. Not so many servers as HMA but performance is 5 star.

I use HMA alot these days - sometimes 1 server is overloaded and I need to move to the next - but other than that I have very few issues and never really needed support.

Just updated the software once or twice in a year ... I just signed up for another year actually.

It's good for what I use it for.
