How to get guest post requests?

Okay so this might be a weird question to ask but here I go -
I have a news site with 2-5k visitors daily and it's in the entertainment niche.

It's not earning the best amount of money from ads so I'm thinking to sell guest posts on it. As it's a site with instant indexing, I don't think this would be a problem.

So, I've put out a write for us page and got no requests in 2 weeks.

How should I gain attention of these high paying clients that I could sell links to?

You can disagree with me on this or not your choice if I am online today I see someone saying" write for us page,submit content to us" that normally means free a lot of my friends who buy guest posts if they see that will not sell that or buy for there site since sounds low quality I know many high quality sites exist which have these messages on a site but from a general viewpoint this can apply to you or other sites.

If you want to sell guest posts of your site just sell upgrade your account on BHW then you could here you could also sell it on Facebookgroups,maybe Fiverr,Legiit,Guru or other places.

If you want I could put you in contact with someone who could sell guest posts for you to his clients then give you a cut ?

I agree with the write for us page thing but that was the only way I thought I could get clients.

I'd try all of the options you mentioned and yes, I would be up for the collab, please DM me. (if this complies with BHW's guidelines with all respect)

Sounds good to be honest all my sites people offer me money for guest posts they normally just email me sometimes it can take a while but when your site rankings for anything expect emails to flood in like like a very extreme storm. I will pm you the site I am sure it's okay since I am not getting paid for it or you not selling something since I have no direct money connection to the other person business wise.
 
Use your social media, email listings to spread the mesage. I am sure that there will be some rich readers of your website.
 
You need to get word out there and let people know that you are open to
accepting guest posts. Possibly advertise on forums or your email list.

To increase your chances of getting accepted as a guest blogger, you get some recognition from the blog owner first. You have to position yourself as an authority and well-known name in the industry. Be sure to include why you should be a guest blogger. Add a few links to posts you have published elsewhere, including your blog. Preferably go with posts that have a good bit of social engagement so the blog owner will see your potential value with their audience. Remember, knowing your goals in advance will help you determine which blogs will be the best for you to submit guest posts to.

You should target the webmaster who is invested in guests posts. Then collect their email id and outreach them. The better way is to find some websites that sell guest posts then check the latest article. Find the outbound link those sites actually your future buyer.

You can come up with your high-paying clients' list. Connect with them - email or message them on their social media. Give them the proposed title and the content, if you already have something in mind.

This means that your website has to have a high enough domain authority, as well as citation flow and trust flow.

It also helps if your website is in the same niche or is close enough to the target niche of whoever you want to get free content from.

The other benefit that you could offer so that you could get a lot of guest post requests is direct traffic.

Again, a lot of this turns on niche specificity.

For example, if I have a cookbook website, and you have a pet turtle website, it doesn’t really make sense for me to get a guest post published on your site, even if you get a lot of traffic.

Those people won't be interested in what I have to offer.

Also, the closer our niches are to each other, the better the SEO value I will receive.

So to get a lot of guest posts, you need to look at it from the perspective of people who you expect to put in the time, effort, and resources to give you free content.

Both parties must walk away with a win-win situation.
