2. buy an exisiting business and hire minimum number of americans (unsure total initial investment 1m?)
3. marry an american
4. H 1 B visa - renew after 3 years - then have company sponsor you for permanent residency.
5. greencard lottery

for employment visas you need college degree + work experience

Lol go to Europe or Latin America, and just fly there wherever your friend wants. If he is rich he can travel all he wants with the money that the feds wont get from him if he becomes an America, taxes in the US are crazy.
