From what I’ve seen, consistency is key. Encouraging authentic reviews over time, keeping your business info accurate, and responding to reviews promptly seem to help maintain them. Also, avoiding sudden spikes or fake reviews prevents drops.

From what we’ve seen, a few things help reviews stick.
First is account trust. Older accounts with normal activity tend to pass filters more easily.
Second is how the review is written. If it sounds like a real experience and not keyword-heavy, it’s less likely to get filtered.
Third is timing. Spacing reviews out and avoiding patterns helps a lot.
We deal with this pretty often managing GBP reviews, so we’ve tested a lot to see what actually stays up.
