Hello,

Can anyone please tell me how to get the website in unsupported language approved for adsense. It's possible and I've seen many of my competitors doing it.

Yes just create 15-20 articles

Get the domain approved while using a supported language/content, then change it to whatever you want,
This is the way to go to get approved with anything unallowed in Adsense

When you have high organic traffic, Google will accept the site containing unsupported language.

I am not sure why you would like to do this.
You will never get ads on the non-supported language, so it's extremely weird.
Also your CPC is going to be derisory with generic non good-paying ads.
Can't you look for other CPA networks in the language of choice?
