I have a website I made using Wordpress software and a free template. I turned off the mobile theme option though since ads weren't showing while using it, but the desktop version of the site on mobile devices doesn't seem to be generating any ad revenue. For example, 70% of my visitors are on mobile devices, but 80% of my ad revenue right now is coming via desktop visitors. What can I do to generate more ad revenue off mobile users?

I suggest you try and find a RESPONSIVE wordpress theme (there are a lot free responsive themes, just search in google).
And also, when placing your ADS in your theme, make sure to create new ad units in adsense, and when choosing the size, don't choose a statis SIZE (for example 300x250 or whatever), but choose Responsive instead. So the theme and the ads together, FIT any SCREEN. PM me, I can send you my site if you want, so you can check how that looks.
