How to get google ads to appear on wordpress

Recently I have noticed when I visit some sites on my mobile they have a google ads banner on the bottom of the window kind of like an iframe and when I scroll down it stays there. Im looking to know how this is done for my boxing website???

get the Google Adsense plugin. It will also allow you to control the ads format, size, text etc.
