Hi i know various methods for creating social bookmarking, directory submission, etc but what are the different other than this techniques that will help me to get good quality backlinks for my website

Check the market place for the highest PR backlinks and buy them.

but now Google is checking for those sold links and tracking the website

Get a list of backlinks of your competitors use and then replicate their link building strategies.

yes right analyze your competitors and discover where they get good backlinks. You can try out to make guest blogging on your niche. That will work for you.

Write great content and strange people with websites will link to your site for free [/sarcasm]

My favorite method. You need money. Find some high PR blog/site (relevant to your niche) written by normal blogger which doesn't know much about SEO. Find his/her email and asking them to add your link on their previously posted article or a new one (don't forget to tell them you will pay for it).

I got all my back links from commenting. I also did link exchange.

if i want high quality links i am going to market place and buy some strong blog posts on high quality blogs and i am safe

Best links are links you didn't create. People talking about you and giving you credit.
Got a book store? Start an iphone giveaway for kids who managed to read 3 books and see how people talk about you: kids, forums, media..

can someone elaborate this-Write down everything Matt Cutts says.

Then do the complete opposite.

= profit.

Lol! Its kind of a joke. He is just saying do not trust what Matt Cutts says.

what kind of network are you talking about?
