The best way i've found for promoting music on facebook (which is something i do because i'm in a band) is to create an account named something like "Unsigned Bands (insert region or country here)" then start to add a load of accounts with similar names and then add mutual friends from there for a few hundred. After that you can leave it and people in bands will flock to the pages, i've built up several account with 5000 friends doing exactly this, great for music promotion. One of them is now building up 1000's of subscribers on top of the maximum friends so it does the job really well. So if anyone is wondering how to get friends for music promotion, thats how.

I think You should start to talk to every one in you class and then start to give them comments.
 
Surprised that MySpace is still alive. Does it really help in promotion for musicians?
