There is no free acc except trial for 14 days if you put yours payment details
Any other accounts - shared or not shared are paid

You used to be able to register an account for free, and for those of us who created an account before they did away with that option, the accounts are still free, though not without limitations.

Looking at my (free) Ahrefs account, I can only add 1 website and track up to 5 keywords. Every other feature in the site explorer is extremely limited as well.
